Dividend Payment Policy  

It is the company's policy to pay dividends to its shareholders on a yearly basis in order to provide returns to the shareholders and this policy has been implemented since 2003. Persuant to the policy, the company's shareholders will be paid the dividend of not less than 50% of the net profit earned annually ; provided, however, that the total dividend paid shall not exceed the unappropriated retained earnings under the seperate financial statements.
  
1. Trinity Watthana Plc. will be paid the dividend of not less than 50% of the net profit earned annually provided, however, that the total dividend paid shall not exceed the unappropriated retained earnings under the separate financial statements.

2. Trinity Securities Co., Ltd. will be paid the dividend of not less than 30% of the net profit earned annually provided.
